How this calculator works
Net sheets
The order quantity divided by the number of products per sheet (the print layout).
Press stops
Sheet thickness comes from paper weight and density; the delivery height then gives how many sheets fit on a pile and how often the press stops to change it.
Waste
Colour set-up waste and waste per stop, for each printed side, are added to the net sheets, plus an optional allowance for post-press and quality control.
