A precise plan feeds sales policy, purchasing, budgets, staffing, production, shift counts and customer satisfaction. The ParsysERP production and material planning module forecasts production time, shows the production line and the current plan, and builds the material plan automatically from the production plan.
Planning is MSP-based, with drag-and-drop machine reservation and machine time calculated automatically. AI-based production-line and material planning is built on OptaPlanner.
The schedule-efficiency report shows whether each machine is used as planned, and the unplanned-operations report lists work that exists on paper but not on the calendar, ordered by delivery date, before a delivery slips.
