The ParsysERP AI assistant is a chat assistant inside the system, with access to the company’s live data through a catalogue of tools. It is not a generic chatbot bolted on.
Administrators enable each tool and scope it to a subsystem, so the assistant only reaches what a given group of users is allowed to see.
It can chain several tools in one question, for example finding an order and then reading its position in the workflow. An empty chat shows example questions the tools can actually answer.
